Refund Policy

This document describes the refund policy for the BEHAVE service (https://behave.im) operated by AMUSECARE Inc. (hereinafter "the Company"). We operate fair and transparent refund procedures to protect your rights.

Refund Principles

The Company faithfully processes legitimate refund requests in accordance with the Act on Consumer Protection in Electronic Commerce and related laws. The Company responds to refund and payment inquiries within 3 business days, and will provide progress updates if additional verification is required. Subscription cancellation and refunds are separate processes. Subscription cancellation stops automatic renewal from the next billing date, while refunds for amounts already charged are subject to this policy. Users may cancel their subscriptions directly through the account settings or subscription management page within the service. Refunds are processed, in principle, to the original payment method. Payments may be processed through the Company or its designated Merchant of Record or payment processing partner, and the name of the payment processor may appear on card statements or receipts.

※ Usage days are calculated from the payment date (inclusive) to the refund request date. ※ "Service not used" means that the core features of the paid plan (active CRM usage, message sending, creation/publishing features, etc.) have not been used after payment. Simply logging in does not constitute usage. ※ Refund criteria may vary depending on the product type, including monthly/annual subscriptions, usage-based features, and add-ons.

Refund Restrictions

Refunds may be restricted in the following cases:

More than 30 days have passed since the date of payment

Core features of the paid plan have already been used (creation/publishing, message sending, consumption of usage-based features, etc.)

Refund restrictions are specified in separate promotional terms

Service use has been restricted due to a violation of the Terms of Service

Termination due to causes attributable to the user

Subscriptions automatically charged after the expiration of a free trial period (advance notice is provided before billing)

Refund Methods
Original Payment Method Refund (Principle)

Refunds are processed, in principle, to the original payment method. The specific processing time may vary depending on the payment method, card issuer, and Merchant of Record policy, and generally takes 3 to 10 business days.


Exceptional Refund

If a refund to the original payment method is technically not possible, the Company may provide an alternative refund method (such as bank transfer) in consultation with the user.


Duplicate / Erroneous Payments

Duplicate payments, clearly erroneous charges, and payment errors caused by severe technical failures are recognized as exceptional refund grounds and will be refunded in full immediately upon confirmation.
